2. Is there any special software I need to download?
No special software is required. Any internet browser with Java will work on all our LiveOptics™ Virtual Tour (Internet explorer, Safari, Firefox).
3. How soon can you come to the property ?
We ask you to make an appointment with our LiveOptics™ Virtual Tour photographer at least 24 hours before the photoshoot. ASAP meeting after confirming the available schedule.
4. How long is the photoshoot ?
Depending on the package you order; the time varies from 45min. to 2.5 hours.
5. How soon will my LiveOptics™ Virtual Tour be available on-line ?
We guarantee that your tour will be on-line within 48 hours to two weeks after the photo shoot.
7. How can I cancel or reschedule my LiveOptics™ Virtual Tour photo shoot ?
You can call us at any time to cancel or reschedule the photo shoot (a cancelation fee of Php 1000 will be incurred). For reschedules, please inform us not less than 4 hours prior to the photo shoot. A confirmation call, 15 minute before the photo shoot is done.
8. Can I link my tour to other websites, such as MLS, personal, company ?
Yes, you can link your tour to any number of websites.
9. How can I navigate the virtual tour scenes ?
Click and drag the image in the direction you desire, or use the arrow keys on your keyboard. You can use the zoom in and
zoom out buttons, or use the + - keys on your keyboard, or the mouse wheel.
11. How can I save the photograph for use on the web or print ?
For web images you can right click and save. For print images call us for a CD of high resolution photos.
12. When will my tour expire?
It does not expire.
13. How many images and virtual scenes can be included in the virtual tour?
We can include as many as you want depending on the negotiated contract.
14. If I change my company or contact information, do I have to recreate my tours ?
No, your tours will be automatically updated with your new contact information. Just inform us for modification.
15. Can I change the background music in my tours ?
Definitely yes.
16. How early does a luxury photo shoot happen ?
For a luxury photo shoot we need to be at the property at least 1 hour before sunrise.
17. If there is a family living in a house I ordered for a Luxury Package photoshoot, will the process disturb them?
We kindly ask that you make sure the family knows what time we will be arriving. We will be as courteous, respectful and quiet
as possible but we will need all the light in the house turned on, access to the water hose, and cars out of the driveway.
